2.个人简介

从事生物信息数据挖掘和生物信息学算法开发等方面的研究,在癌症精确分类、生存风险预测、biomarker识别、通路网络分析、风险通路识别等方面做出了显著工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金,中国博士后科研基金,黑龙江省自然科学基金,黑龙江省创新人才培养计划等项目。开发了癌症精确分类软件包“DRWPClass”、“DRWPClassGM”,生存风险预测软件包“PCLasso”、“RLassoCox”、“RPCR”、“DRWPSurv”、“RRSF”,以及差异共表达网络识别软件包“DCN”等多个R软件包,分类预测性能达到国际先进水平,被国内外多个研究机构和学者所引用。发表SCI论文近20篇(累计SCI-IF=118.65),其中第一作者或第一通讯作者11篇(JCR一区7篇),发表在《Nature communications》(JCR一区,SCI-IF/5年=15.805)、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》(JCR一区,SCI-IF/5年=10.288)、《Bioinformatics》(JCR一区,SCI-IF/5年=8.470,2篇)、《British Journal of Cancer》(JCR一区,SCI-IF/5年=7.570)等国际主流专业期刊杂志上。
