In the morning of September 15th, Prof. Kenneth Holthom, who is International Department Director from University of Greenwich visited Heilongjiang Institute of Technology (HLJIT). The vice president Bai yu met with Prof. Kenneth, and Deputy Director of the International Education Center Cao Xiaoyan, Deputy Secretary of the International Education Center Wen Yalin also attend this meeting.

Firstly, president Bai briefly reviewed the cooperative education history between University of Greenwich and HIT, especially gave suggestion on? ?expanding future cooperation in the relevant fields. In addition, he hoped that Prof. Kenneth's lecture will encourage and attract more students to participate in the cooperation project. Kenneth expressed his appreciation due to HIT welcomed him warmly as the best friend. And he briefly introduced the history and general situation of the University of Greenwich. He pointed out that the two sides have been maintained a long-term and stable cooperation, and hope more teachers and students to be able to participate in the joint education programs. The two sides reached broad consensus on enhancing the level of cooperation, expanding areas of cooperation.

In the afternoon, Prof. Kenneth conducted ebullience speech for the students of the International Education Center, he introduced the related history and development situation of University of Greenwich, and analyzed the environment of teaching and management of University of Greenwich. Especially, he introduced the situation of international students and overseas recruitment of University of Greenwich. The report is a broad-ranging and extremely thoughtful speech, which stimulated the enthusiasm of the students.
